Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Limited Edition and an Open Edition?

Limited Editions are produced in a fixed edition of 25 across all sizes. Once the edition is complete, the artwork will be permanently retired and will not be reproduced. Open Editions are not limited in quantity, while maintaining the same commitment to museum-quality presentation and craftsmanship.

How is each artwork produced and presented?

Each photograph is created as a museum-grade acrylic print. The image is face-mounted behind optically clear acrylic and finished with a recessed floating mount, allowing the artwork to appear as though it is floating slightly away from the wall. Each piece arrives ready to hang.

Is the artwork signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Each artwork includes Diane Bentley Raymond's digitally embedded signature and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Limited Editions also include the individual edition number.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Each piece is custom-made. Please allow 14–21 days for production, followed by an additional 7–14 days for shipping. Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care and fully insured while in transit.

Are custom sizes or framing options available?

Select custom sizes may be available depending on the artwork and its original proportions. The museum-grade acrylic presentation is designed as a finished, ready-to-hang work of art and does not require traditional framing.
