Returns and Replacements

Diane Bentley Raymond Art Limited Editions and Open Editions are custom-made and, as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every artwork. If your artwork arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or differs from your order, please contact the Gallery within five days of receipt. We will work with you personally to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging, as these may be required to process your replacement.

Your artwork is intended to be a lasting acquisition, and we are committed to ensuring that it arrives in the condition and quality you expect from Diane Bentley Raymond Art.
