In the hush after snowfall, first light finds the clouds gathered over Lake Tahoe, softening their edges with a trace of rose. The still water catches that delicate color and carries it toward the distant shoreline. For a brief moment, sky and lake seem to hold the same quiet glow—a fleeting pause between the passing storm and the day ahead.
