Curator's Note

From above, the sea becomes a shifting field of color and force. Deep navy gives way to teal and turquoise as currents move across submerged rock, while white water gathers, separates, and reforms with every passing wave.

Diane waited above the coastline for the moment when these elements would come together—when motion, light, and swirling color would briefly find their perfect confluence. The resulting image captures more than the power of the sea; it reveals its constant transformation, as water collides, changes, and becomes something new before the pattern disappears.
